We are conscious of our responsibilities as a "data controller" under the General Data Protection Regulation ( in force as of  25th May 2018)  and we shall endeavour to ensure that the personal information we obtain, and use will always be held, used, transferred and otherwise processed in accordance with that regulation and all other applicable data protection laws and regulations. We may use your personal information to tell you about relevant events and content or offers if we have your consent. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages and update your preferences by contacting us at any time.  Whatever you choose, you will still receive important information regarding your membership.

 

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a member. After you stop being a member, we will keep your data for up to 5 years for the following reasons:

  • To respond to any questions or complaints

  • To show that we treated you fairly

  • To maintain records according to rules that apply to us

We may keep your data for longer than 5 years if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons. If we do we will make sure that your privacy is protected.
